General school policies

  1. Our tuition policies helps us keep costs affordable for all.

    1. Tuition is non-refundable. However, in the event that a child wants to defer a class or switch classes, any tuition payment can be used as a credit for future classes, no expiration date.

    2. Tuition is not prorated. We price our class tuition three times a year: fall session, spring session and summer session. Each of these sessions is slightly different lengths (and prices) due to the yearly calendar. Parents are welcome to pay the drop-in rate ($12) per class if a student would like to try out a level or a new class.

    3. There are no credits given for missed classes on the part of the student. In the event of cancelled classes due to weather, students are always welcome to take make-up classes at any time.

  2. We are not responsible for injuries incurred on the premises. Please make sure you have signed and returned your liability waiver before attending dance classes.

  3. We are not responsible for lost items.

  4. Since we are a performing arts-focused school, our classes train students on both technique and on the presentation of student work, at two times during the year: our holiday show and our Spring Musicale. Participation in the performances is not mandatory; however, regular and consistent attendance in class is expected, as a courtesy to our teachers and the other students.

  6. We carefully evaluate each child to ensure that he or she is in the correct level and learning at the proper pace. Level recommendations are final.
