Barre fitness is all the rage and for good reason! It’s an extremely effective way to tighten up your core and lower body. In Barre Fit, you’ll use ballet-inspired movements to build strength, stamina and flexibility, with an emphasis on fitness conditioning. Expect a mix of isometric barre exercises, cardio dance movements and Pilates targeting your glutes, quads, hamstrings, inner thighs, calves and abs.
No prior ballet or dance experience is necessary. Just get ready to redefine your body, improve your posture and push your muscles to the max. See you at the barre!
WEDNESDAYS at 6 pm
What do you get when you take traditional North Indian Bhangra, mix in some modern hip-hop moves, add some Bollywood flavor and turn on relentlessly high-octane music? One seriously fun, off-the-chain cardio workout.
In Bolly, you’ll follow along to a series of cardio routines filled with lots of big movements and lots of sweating. BollyX mixes high-energy steps with high intensity interval training to create a nonstop, total body workout. After getting your heart rate up with a series of follow-the-leader routines, you’ll build a short choreography to “perform” as a kind of dance-battle finale. A mix of Bhangra and Hindi beats will help you keep your energy up until the end so you can burn calories and feel like a Bollywood star at the same time!

This full-body cardio jam session combines lightly weighted exercise drumsticks called Ripstix® with constant simulated drumming. Expect a mix of cardio, Pilates, isometric poses and plyometrics that will strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles and help you POUND off pounds while rocking out to great music.

Zumba® fuses international rhythms with easy to follow moves so you can have a blast while getting in shape. No pattern memorization or dance experience required. Nobody’s judging if you take a wrong step – just follow the leader and prepare to sweat!
