RENTAL RATES

Definitions: 

  • A rehearsal is defined as any time in the studio with less than 20 people and there is no fee for participation.
  • A class is defined as any time in the studio with paid attendance under 10 students. Classes usually recur on a weekly basis.
  • A workshop is defined as any time in the studio with paid attendance of 10 students and up. Workshops can recur on a daily/weekly basis for a specific period of time.
  • A dance event is defined as: 1) any time in the studio that occurs on a specific date or date range and will not recur; 2) requires additional equipment load-in and strike, 3) food/beverages are served, 4) will be promoted on a business social media page and have a separate sign-up website.

One hour of rehearsal: $15

One hour of class: $25

One hour workshop (10+ people): $40

One hour dance event (10+ people): $60

Special event (parties, etc): Please contact us for custom quotes, since these events will require additional staff and clean-up.

Members: Members save and help us keep costs accessible to all. Purchase a $ 48/year membership ($4 a month) and pay only $12/hr for rehearsal rentals for that entire year. Members also receive $5/off any guest teacher classes and special events.

How to rent:

1) Check the calendar for availability.

2) Fill out the form below.

3) If you are a new renter, we will email you to set up a time to visit the space and complete rental agreement paperwork. 

4) Upon receipt of your rental request, you must pay in advance. We accept all forms of payment.
